About the Festival

The festival is about our community, locally and globally, coming together to explore how we can enjoy sustainable lives that are fun and fulfilling.

The festival is a celebration of all the various things that go together to make our community sustainable. It is also a great opportunity to learn about some of the issues our society faces such as energy generation and use, food production, nature conservation, traditional arts and crafts, sustainable transport and waste and recycling.

Last year over 2,000 visitors enjoyed a very relaxed and successful if somewhat windy event. We are again using the Five Arches Playing Fields which will encompass live music on stage, an archery area, foods and beer tents, an environment marquee with lots to see and do.

If you have questions about the festival please contact the festival office on 01289 330955 and we will be happy to help.
